Abstract
Implementation Responsibility of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang Claims Against Container PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang (TPKS) is a company engaged in the supply of container terminal facilities. In the implementation of the loading and unloading of containers if it is not done very well will cause damage. Damage during loading and unloading containers pose liability PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang (TPKS) as a company that provides transportation services for the loading and unloading at risk. Related to the responsibilities of the PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang (TPKS) is required to replace the loss caused by damaged or missing container in whole or in part, at the time of receipt and stacking container terminal in the field.
