Abstract
This research has a purpose to know the Analysis of Factors Affecting Ship Accidents In Shipping Lines of Tanjung Emas Port of Semarang. The population used in this study is the entire crew. The sample in this research is 100 respondents and the technique used is non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling, which is sampling technique based on spontaneity of anyone who accidentally met with the researcher and according to its characteristic then the person can be expressed as sample. Questions are given using a questionnaire. Respondents' answers to questions about the variables studied in this study were then analyzed through SPSS (Stastistic Package for Social Science Version 23.00). Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the result of research and multiple analysis generated equation : Y = 0.923 + 0.224 X1 + 0.330 X2 + 0.358 X3 + μ The result of multiple regressile equations shows that partially there is a positive and significant influence. Taken together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on ship accident, which is indicated by the value (F count 40,197> F table 2.70) at a significant level of 0.05. Figures coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) of 0.543, simultaneous human factor variable "human error", error factor procedures, and weather factors affect 54.3% of ship accidents and 45.7% influenced by research variables undetected this study. From this research that human factor "Human error" become third order,second order error factor and weather factor become the first order affecting ship at harbour cruise line of Tanjung Emas Semarang.
