Abstract

Grab Transport Service is one of the service applications made online. Online System Application to calculate cost, convenience and customer convenience. This study aims to determine the relationship, trust, and corporate image secarah and simultaneous to customer loyalty in using transportation services in the city of Semarang. The population in this study were customers who made online booking during January 2018 and the sample of this study as many as 100 respondents. Nonpropability sampling technique is same with sampling type that is quota sampling. Analytical process that is analytical and quantitative analysis, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help (Software) Package Statistics For Social Sciences (SSPS). The result of hypothesis test shows that variable, trust, and corporate image simultaneously to customer loyalty take. Results of multiple linear regression analysis, Y = 0.733 + 0.320X1 + 0.352X2 + 0.206X3 + μ. From the online equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable to customer loyalty is a confidence variable with a regression coefficient of 0.352. And test of R2 (R Square) obtained result of 0,561 or 56,1% which mean that customer loyalty take semarang by variable, trust, and company image equal to 56,1% and other factor influencing customer loyalty take that is equal to 43 9%.
