Abstract

In this research background by decreasing performance of employee of PT GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) less maximal handling of plane in year 2014 compared to previous years. With the increasing number of airline delays, helicopters, passengers and goods continue to increase in 2014 compared to previous years in stages the management of PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) will fix that. In this case the research is directed to analyze the development of human resources, work climate and knowledge sharing on the creativity of human resources in PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. This study itself aims to find out how far the influence of human resource development, work climate and knowledge sharing on the creativity of human resources in PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables of human resource development, work climate and knowledge sharing on the dependent variable that is the creativity of human resources in PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. In this research object is taken employee GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who are employees of PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam through nonprobability sampling technique is not by using the method of sampling. Data analysis technique is doubled linear regression technique. From the result of research, there is correlation between independent variable and dependent variable, hypothesis test using t test show that the three independent variables that are human resource development (X1), work climate (X2), and knowledge sharing (X3) studied have positive and significant influence on variable bound human creativity (Y) with work climate variables have the highest influence than other variables in influencing the creativity of human resources. Hypothesis testing using the f test that the three independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the variable of creativity of human resources, on the determination coefficient test (R Square) Adjust R square value of 0.617 means 61.7% variation of the dependent variable of the creativity of human resources can be explained by the independent variable human resource development, work climate, and knowledge sharing. While the remaining 38.3% is explained by other causes beyond the variables studied. Keywords: human resource development, work climate, knowledge sharing and creativity of human resources
