Abstract

The logistics industry continues to experience increasing progress, resulting in increasingly fierce and competitive competition between companies in providing logistics services, each company strives to be able to attract as many customers as possible and continue to maintain them so that the company can maintain company stability, in develop his business. and can continue to compete in the competition between other logistics service providers. This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence price, service quality and promotion on customer interest in PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi (MSA) Semarang Branch. In this study, the sample size is 100 respondents who are customers who use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi (MSA) Semarang Branch. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained Y = 0.538 + 0.374 X1, + 0.283 X2 + 0.268 X3 + μ From the partial test results, price, service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer interest. Evidenced by the results of the comparison of the t value with t table and with a significant level of comparison of 5% (0.05) where the price variable t count (3.328)> t table (1.98498) with a significant level of 0.001 <0.05, the variable service quality t count (2.813)> t table (1.98498) with a significant level of 0.006 <0.05, the promotional variable t count (2.781)> t table (1.98498) with a significant level of 0.007 <0.05. R2 test, price, service quality and promotion have a significant effect on consumer interest by 58.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is explained by other causes outside the model variables which are not examined.
