Abstract
PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal is a subsidiary of Pelindo III which is engaged in shipping services in the form of containers, dry bulk, liquid bulk and general cargo. Port services in Indonesia are mentioned in the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number 72 of 2017, which is a levy on every service provided by port operators and BUP to port service users. The development of sophisticated technology makes PT. Lamong Bay Terminal as a service that has very good prospects in the future and PT. Lamong Bay Terminal is a container terminal and Dry Bulk Cargo, a factor that encourages PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal as the most advanced terminal in Southeast Asia. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the type of sampling, namely quota sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, the data were analyzed using bargain linear regression analysis with the help of (Software) Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the capacity of the tools, human resources and operating patterns have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the GSU tools. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 3.222 + 0.434X1 + 0.222X2 + 0.158X3 + µ. From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the performance of the GSU tool is the variable capacity of the tool with a regression coefficient of 0.434 and with an Adjusted R Square test of 0.515 or 51.5%, which means that the performance of the GSU tool is influenced by The capacity of the tools, human resources and operating patterns was 51.5% and other factors that influenced the performance of the GSU tools apart from the factors studied were 48.5%.
