Abstract

This study analyzes three variables, namely the variable performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions which affect the dependent variable, namely behavioral intention in Semarang City. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypothesis in this study were to analyze the positive and significant effects individually between the independent variables, namely: performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions on the dependent variable, namely behavioral intention in the city of Semarang. In this research, the object taken is the Go-jek application user in Semarang. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression techniques. Based on the results of research and data analysis, a regression equation is generated: Y = 3,723+ 0,177 X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,335 X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant influence between performance expectancy on behavioral intention (t value of 3.723> t table value of 1.98447). The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and significant effect. Between effort expectancy on behavioral intention (t value = 0.204> t table = 1.98447), the results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant effect between facilitating conditions on behavioral intention (t value = 0.335> t table = 1.98447), the coefficient of determination gets an Adjusted R square value of 0.223, thus 22.3% of Go-Jek service users are explained by these 3 variables, while the remaining 77.7% such as social influence, hedonic motivation, price value and others. is the influence of other variables not included in this study.
