Abstract

KAI Access is an application designed to make ticket purchases, schedule changes and cancellation of train tickets or check train schedules online anytime and anywhere. This research was conducted to see how the influence of the System on Ticket Purchases, Changes in Departure Schedules and Cancellation of Train Tickets Using the KAI Access Cellular Application on the interest in using the application. The population in this study were all train passengers who purchased tickets, changed train schedules and canceled tickets using the KAI access application. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the type of sampling, namely quota sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using a linear bargain analysis with the help of (Software) Statistic Package for Social Science (SSPS). The results of this study indicate that the variables of system quality, information quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on application usage. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 3.092 + 0.433X1 + 0.199X2 + 0.194X3 + µ. From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting employee performance is the system quality variable with a regression coefficient of 0.433 and an Adjusted R Square test of 0.525 or 52.5%, which means that application usage is influenced by system quality. , the quality of information and service quality was 52.5% and other factors that influenced the use of applications other than the factors studied were 47.5%.
