Abstract
Occupational Health and Safety is a thought and effort to ensure wholeness and perfection both physically and spiritually. The job is said to be comfortable if the workers concerned can do the job comfortably and safely, so they are not easily tired. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The population in this study were employees of PT Pelindo III Cabang Gersik, totaling 130 employees. The data collection method used a questionnaire and used a Likert scale to measure the research variables. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. With the help of the IBM V.16 SPSS program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, an equation is generated Y = -1,284 + 0,463X1 + 0,269X2 + 0,377X3 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable that has an effect on Job Security at PT Pelindi III Branch of Gersik is the Health variable with a regression coefficient of 0.463. With the coefficient of determination (Adjust R square), the obtained results are 0.590 or 59.0%, which means that job security at PT Pelindo III, Gersik Branch is influenced by the variables of Health, Safety and Work Behavior of 59.0% and other factors that affect Work Security. at PT Pelindo III, the Gersik Branch is 41% Thus the results of the study indicate that health, safety and work behavior have a positive and significant effect on job security at PT Pelindo III, Gersik Branch.
