The results of this study indicate that the variable Testing Procedure, facilities, and Competence have a partial effect on user satisfaction. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation: Y = 0.539 + 0.192X1 + 0.189X2 + 0.545X3 + e From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing user satisfaction is the Competency variable with a regression coefficient of 0.545 with the Adjusted R Square test of 0.604 or 60.4%, which means that user satisfaction is influenced by Testing Procedures, facilities, and Competence of 60.4% and other factors that influence user satisfaction other than the factors studied were 39.6%.
