Abstract

Some traffic accidents are built by factors such as motorbike traffic behavior and road conditions. Of the three, the influence of traffic accidents with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to see no behavior behavior of motorbikes, traffic and road conditions towards traffic accidents on Street Soekarno-Hatta Semarang. In this study, the population of the study was a traffic accident on the Soekarno-Hatta highway Semarang with a system of 100 respondents (sample). The variables in the study consisted of: The independent variable of dangerous behavior (X.1), traffic character (X.2), and road conditions (X.3) as well as traffic accident variables (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis with the statistical tools of SPSS V.22 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.044 + -0.087X1 + 0.391X2 + 0.317X3 + µ. It shows that, based on empirical facts (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of linear regression, it shows that the motorbike rider variable (X1) has a value of -0.960 and the table is 1.984 so H1 is rejected and is not significant, traffic (X2) has a t count of 4.432 and t table of 1.984 then H2 is accepted and significant, road conditions have t count of 3.500 and t table of 1.984 then H3 is accepted and significant. In the coefficient of determination (R Square) the value of Adjust R square is 0.235, meaning that 23.5% of variable variations influenced by traffic accidents can be realized by the independent variables of motorbike rider behavior, traffic and road conditions. While the rest is 76.5% brought by causes other than the variables studied. Keywords: traffic accidents, motorbike rider behavior, traffic characteristics, road conditions
