Abstract

Timeliness is influenced by several factors including Airline Management, Operational Technical and Human Resources. Of the three, has an important role in improving Timeliness with satisfying results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of Airline Management, Operational Technical and Human Resources on Timeliness at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. In this study, the study population was the Timeliness at Semarang Airport by taking a sample system with 80 respondents (samples). The variables in this study consisted of: the independent variable Airline Management (X.1), Operational Technical (X.2), and Human Resources (X.3) and the dependent variable namely Timeliness (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using SPSS V.21 statistical aids obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = -1,150 + 0,408X1 + 0.318X2 + 0.350X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Airline Management on Timeliness (t count 3.251> t table at 1.99085), Technical Operations on Timeliness (t count 2.944> t table at 1.99085), Resources Humans against Timeliness (t count 4.092> t table of 1.99085), individually Airline Management, Technical Operations and Human Resources affect the Timeliness. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 57.5% on Timeliness and 42.5% is influenced by variables not detected in this study.
