Abstract

This research is motivated by increasing community needs, including in the field of land transportation. Land transportation is one of the most popular types of transportation today. Train as one of the companies engaged in land transportation services that will always provide the best and satisfying service. This study aims to determine the effect of train customer loyalty. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with quota sampling sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with help (software) Package for Social Science (SPSS) version.24. The results of the study by testing the t-test hypothesis significantly showed that ticket service, price of trust and facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the study by testing the F-test hypothesis significantly simultaneously showed that ticket service, price of trust and facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is: Y = -1,772 + 0,285 X1 + 0,229 X2 + 0,260 X3 + 0,323 X4 + μ. The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a partially positive influence between ticket service on customer loyalty (t count = 3.472> t table = 1.98498), price for customer loyalty (t count = 2.334> t table = 1.98498) , Trust in customer loyalty (t count = 2.933> t table = 1.98498). Facilities on customer loyalty (t count = 4.796> t table = 1.98498). Keywords: analysis of factors that affect customer loyalty using train transportation services
