Abstract
Road Transportation Safety is a condition where everyone prevents the risk of accidents during traffic caused by humans, vehicles, roads and the environment. BRT is a bus that has a system of speed, comfort, safety, on time from infrastructure and is scheduled. With the BRT, the movement of people in the city of Semarang has become more affordable by providing transportation services that prioritize safety and punctuality. This research uses a quantitative approach to the type of explanatory research. The population in this study was 310 Semarang BRT drivers. The number of samples in this study were 100 Trans Semarang BRT drivers taken using Insidental Sampling method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses a Likert scale to measure the research variables. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. With the help of the IBM V.16 SPSS program. Based on the results of research and multiple analyzes generated equations: Y = 1,944 + 0,326.X1 + 0,315.X2 + 0,194.X3 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the BRT Transport Car Safety is the Driver Habitual variable with a regression coefficient of 0.326. With the coefficient of determination (Adjust R square) obtained the acquisition of 0.497 or 49.7% which means that the Safety of BRT Dishub Transport Car in Semarang City is influenced by the variable Driver Bias, Work Culture and Road Infrastructure by 49.7% and other factors that affect Safety Semarang City Transportation Agency's BRT Transportation Car is 50.3%. Thus the results of the study showed that Driver Habits, Work Culture and Road Infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on the safety of the Semarang Transportation Agency's BRT Transport Car.
