Abstract

Supply Chain Management Performance is influenced by several factors including Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship and Process Integration. Of the three, it has an important role in increasing Supply Chain Management with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship and Process Integration on Supply Chain Management performance at Alfamidi Outlets in Semarang City In this study the research population was the Head of the Alfamidi Outlet Shop in Semarang City with sampling systems with a total of 100 respondents (samples). The variables in the study consisted of: Information Sharing independent variables (X.1), Long Term Relationship (X.2), and Process Integration (X.3) and bound variables namely Supply Chain Management Performance (Y). Data collection method used is by questionnaire method. The results of the analysis with the SPSS V.24 program statistics tool obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = -0.087+ 0, 222X1 + 0.368X2 + 0.388X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Information Sharing on Supply Chain Management Performance (t count 2.471> t table of 1.98472), Long Term Relationship to Supply Chain Management Performance (t count 3.299> t table of 1, 98472), Process Integration on Supply Chain Management Performance (t count 4.079> t table equal to 1.98472), individually Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship and Process Integration affect Supply Chain Management Performance. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient (R Square) obtained at 67.9% on Supply Chain Management Performance and 32.1% influenced by variables not detected in this study. Keywords: Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship, Process Integration, Supply Chain Management Performance.
