Abstract

Employee performance is the end result of the work of a work a process that has been done by an employee in a certain period, by using the idea and effort to achieve the company’s work goals This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational climate, organizational commitment and incentives partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia Branch office semarang. The population in this research is all permanent employee at PT. Garuda indonesia branch office semarang , sampling technique used is nonpropability sampling with type of sampling is jenuh sampling. The analytical method used was descriptive analysis and quantitative analyis with the help of(sofware) statictic package for social science (SPSS) The result of this study indicate that the variabels of organizational culture, organizational climate, organizational commitmen and incetive affect partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Result of multiple linear regresion analysis obtained equation Y = -2.212+0.134 X1 + 0.196 X2 + 0.616 X3 + 0.270 X4 + . From multiple linear regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting employee performance is organizational commitment variable with regression coefficient of 0.616 and with Adjusted R Square test of 0.501 or 50.1% which means that employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia branch semarang influenced by organizational culture, organizational commitment organizational climate and incentives of 50.1% and other factors that affect employee performance in addition to the factor under study is 49.9% Keywords: Employee performance, organizational culture, organizational climate, organizational commitment, employee incentives and performance
