Abstract
Dock or docking is a condition where ship is conditioned on dock/ dock for maintenance/ repairs. The implementation of dock carried out at shipyard which is supporting element to meet the needs the feasibility the ship through maintenance along with engine. Completeness of administration that has been submitted to each section. Docking implementation system, productivity potential to produce something power to measure how smooth the ship docking activities. This study aims to determine the influence of the company/ agent of the ship, ship repair planning, work competence and unsafe behavior in the shipyard, partially and simultaneously on Docking Productivity of the Kapal Kantor Kesyahbandran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas IV Tegal. The population this study were KSOP officers, shipyard owners, ship agents, dock implementation workers in Kapal Kantor Kesyahbandran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas IV Tegal with this research sample of 67 respondents. Sampling technique used is propability samling with a type of sampling that simple random sampling. Analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. Results showed the company/ agent of the ship t-count value of 3.224 while the t-table value of 1.99897 shows the value of t-count> t-table of 0.002 then Ha is accepted then the company/ agent of the ship has a positive effect. Ship Repair Planning t-value of 2.975 while the t-table value of 1.99897 shows the value of t-count> t-table of 0.004 then Ha is accepted then Ship Repair Planning has a positive effect. Work competency value of t count is 0.171 while the t-table value of 1.99897 shows the value of t-count <t-table of 0.865 then Ha is accepted that Work competence has no effect. Unsafe Behavior in Shipyard t-value of -0.023 while t-table value of 1.99897 shows the value of t-count <t-table of 0.982 then Ha is accepted that Unsafe Behavior in Shipyard has no effect. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-Square = 0.426) means 42.6%.
