Abstract
This research is motivated by the increasing needs of the community, including in the field of land transportation. Land transportation is one of the most popular types of transportation at the moment. PO. Budiman is one of the companies engaged in transportation services that will always provide the best and satisfying service. This research. The sample in this study was taken by 100 respondents with quota sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis, data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version.16. The results of the research by testing the significant t-test hypothesis showed a partial e-ticket, service and bus facilities were positive and significant to customer decisions. Based on the research results it can be seen that the research model of multiple linear regression is: Y = 2,386 + 0,268 X1 + 0,139 X2 + 0,360 X3 + . Results Linear regression equation outlines the difference between positive e-ticketing and e-ticketing to customer results (t count = 2.280> t table = 1.98472), service to customer decisions (t count = 2.2031> t table = 1, 98472 ), bus facilities to customer decisions (t count = 3.310> t table = 1.98472).
