Abstract
This research is based on the facts in the field that the quality of service, facilities and prices provided there is very influential on customer satisfaction so that the services provided must be better and maximum so that a sense of customer satisfaction is created on the performance of PO Buses. Rosalia Indah. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction on the PO Bus. Rosalia Indah majoring in Semarang-Lampung. the factors that cause customer satisfaction and what are the implications for solving the customer satisfaction problem. Lack of maximum service is one of the causes of customer dissatisfaction, so that good service and facilities must be repaired such as the driver and crew not arriving on time and the lack of cleanliness of the facilities provided, such as public toilets must be repaired, so that customers feel comfortable and satisfied. The population used in this study were all PO Bus customers. Rosalia Indah. The sample in this study was 100 respondents and the technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with insidential sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet a researcher can be used as a sample. The variables studied in this study were then analyzed through SPSS version 22, the multiple regression equation of the research model Y = 1.238 + 0.183X1 + 0.303 X2 + 0.267X3 + µ.
