Abstract
The main discussion in this paper is about the stevedoring process carried out at PT. Esa Zona Express at the port of Taanjung Perak Surabaya. There are some background problems that must be resolved in this paper namely how the process of dismantling the soyabean meal, what documents are used, what tools are used, and what obstacles often occur, this company engaged in stevedoring. Stevedoring activities namely unloading cargo from the hatch of the ship. As for the purpose of writing this Paper is none other than to find out how the process of soybeanmeal dismantling by PT.
