Abstract
This study aims to investigated the influence of return on assets (ROA), firm size, asset structure, and current ratio to the capital structure transportation companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) by taking a sample of 21 companies on the observation period 2011-2015. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, the statistical method used in this study was multiple regression. The independent variable in this study is the return on assets, firm size, asset structure, snd current ratio, while the dependent variable is capital stucture. The result showed that the return on assets, firm size, asset stucture does not significantly affect capital structure, while current ratio significantly capital structure. R square showed 0,060 it mean return on assets, firm size, asset stucture and current ratio can explain 6,0% meanwhile 94,0% can explain other variable. Keywords : capital structure, return on assets, firm size, asset structure, and current ratio.
