Abstract
PT. Atosim Lampung Pelayaran is an agent engaged in passenger and vehicle services. Recently, many people want to know how to process clearance in and clearance out. In this paper the author uses the method of observation and interview to find out how the clearance can occur from the ship entering until the ship departs. By using the method of observation and interviews, the problems that have existed so far can be resolved. The author goes directly to the field to conduct interviews during conducting land practices (PRADA). The author obtained the results that the clearance process was complicated, but the growing age created a system called inaportnet where several clearance processes can be carried out on the system. And the use of this system must be done carefully. this aims to minimize errors in the process. Keywords : Clearance, Observation, Interview, System Inaportnet
