Abstract

In this study, the background of decreasing passenger satisfaction at Hang Nadim Airport Batam is less maximal Passenger Satisfaction at Hang Nadim Airport Batam compared to previous years. In this case the research is directed to the Analysis of Factors Affecting Aircraft Passengers' Passengers at Hang Nadim Airport Batam.This research itself aims to find out how far the influence of the development of Service Quality, Facilities, Comfort and Security. Document sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who are passengers of Batam Hang Nadim Airport through proportionate strafied random sampling technique that is by using no sampling method. Document analysis technique is doubled linear regression technique. Based on the analysis obtained the regression equation as follows: Y = 1,381 + 0,280.X1 + 0,246.X2 + 0,328.X3 + 0,277.X4 + µ From the result of the research, there are correlation between independent variable and dependent variable, hypothesis test using t test indicate that the three independent variables are Quality of Service (X1), Facilities (X2), Comfort (X3) and Security (X4) affects the dependent variable Passenger Satisfaction (Y) with Leisure variables have the highest influence than other variables in affecting Passenger Satisfaction. Hypothesis testing using the f test that the four independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Passenger Satisfaction variable, on the determination coefficient test (R Square) Adjust R square value of 0.647 means that 64.7% variable variation bound Passenger Passenger factors can be explained by the independent variable Quality of Service, Facilities, Convenience and Security. While the remaining 35.3% is explained by other causes beyond the variables studied. Keywords: Quality of Service, Facilities, Comfort and Security
