Abstract
The country has a mainstay commodity to trade with Other countries Each country has natural resources which vary with each other which no other country, better known as the term Export and Import is essentially a buying and buying transaction selling goods between entrepreneurs which take place in different countries. And the import export transaction itself has a requirement which must be obeyed by all implementers of this activity. The aim of this study to know and analyze to know and analyze influence ability Subordinate Employee Relations and Training on Employee Performance at PT. Kinarya Mandiri Trans Semarang With the number of samples in this study are as many 70 respondents who are employees of PT. Kinarya Mandiri Trans Semarang. Based on multiple linear regression analysis obtained results Y = 0,449 + 0,302 X1 + 0,391 X2 + 0,323 X3 + μ Result of partial test of ability, relationship superiors, and training have a positive and significant effect on. Evidenced by value comparison t count with t table and with a significant level comparison significant 5% (0,05) where variable ability t count (2,998) > t table (0,302) with a significant level 0,004 < 0,05, variable subordinate boss relationships t count (3.644)> t table (0,391) with the level significant 0.001 <0,05, training variable t count (3.094)> t table (0,323) with a significant level 0.003 <0.05. Test R2, subordinate boss relationships provide significant effect on Employee performance of 62.9%, sedangkan sisanya 38,9% explained by there cause others outside the model variable not examined.
