Abstract

The textile and garment industry contributes substantially to economic growth, in addition to creating substantial employment opportunities, the industry also encourages increased investment at home and abroad. The success or failure of an organization in achieving its goals depends on its success rather than the employees or individual organizations themselves in carrying out their duties. The company is one of the organizations that collects the people who are usually called employees or employees to run the activities of household production company. Performance of employees in PT Lucky Textile Semarang seen from several periods felt still not increased. This is evident from the existence of delayed export items. Analysis of Influence Competence, Motivation, And Leadership Style To Employee Performance This research was conducted on PT Lucky Textile Semarang with the aim of analyzing the competence effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Textile Semarang, analyzing the motivation effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Textile Semarang and analyze the impact of Leadership Style affecting employees at PT. Lucky Textile Semarang. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis generated equation Y = 0.297 + 0.203 X1 + 0.361 X2 + 0.381 X3 +  Show that, based on empirical data (result of questionnaire filling) and result of doubled linear regression show that competence variable (X1) has value t- count 2.075> t-tabel 1,986 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Motivation Variable (X2) has a value of t count 3.237> t-table 1.986 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Leadership Style Variable (X3) has a t-count of 3.715 and t-table of 1.986 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the results showed there was a positive and significant influence between Competence, Motivation, Style. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Leadership Style
