Abstract
Drafting Efficiency To Speed Up The Ship Repair Process At PT. Janata Marina Indah Ship docking technology will continue to grow along with increasingly high market demand to meet the standardization of the relevant class in order to obtain seaworthy certification. Thus, shipyards in Indonesia are required to be able to operate quickly and efficiently. The problem is that there are many obstacles experienced by most shipyards in Indonesia, both from technical and non-technical constraints. Technical constraints are a very big problem experienced by the shipyard. Examples of these technical constraints include, non-renewable shipyard technology, outdated shipyard equipment, and of course human resources that need to be improved. However, the shipyard also strives to continue to update docking technology, update and modernize equipment, and also arrives or recruits experts. It is expected that in the future docking activities in shipyards can run effectively and efficiently. Keywords: Docking technology, modernization, effective and efficient.
