Abstract
This research has objective to know analysis the influence of factors motivation, facilities and oversight of performance employees at port office and port authority class ii the branch Tanjung Balai Karimun (Kep. Riau). The data collection done was done through a method of observation, the literature study, interview, documentation and the questionnaire. Technique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assistance SPSS V.22. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation worship of idols : Y = 1,367 + 0,228 X1 + 0,532 X2 + 0,244 X3 + μ Shows that , based on fact empirical ( in the filling out of the questionnaires) and the results of linear regression multiple that the Variable facility (x2) has tcount of 5,635 and ttable 2,004 then as much as , H0 were rejected and Ha accepted . Variable supervision (x3) has tcount 2,461 and ttable 2,004 then as much as , H0 were rejected and Ha accepted . Variable motivation (x1) has tcount 2,431 and ttable 2,004 then as much as , H0 were rejected and Ha accepted As a result research shows motivation , facilities and supervision have had a positive impact and significant of the performance of employees at port office and port authority class ii the branch Tanjung Balai Karimun (Kep.Riau).
