Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to obtain a deeper understanding and understanding of the handling of export documents carried out by PT. KusumaMitra Cargo The method used in writing this thesis is a descriptive analysis method and direct interview with PT. KusumaMitra Cargo, the results of the written work can be concluded that the handling of export documents carried out by PT. KusumaMitra Cargo begins with the issuance of shipping instruction issuance, followed by booking space, stuffing, document management and ends with the delivery of documents to exporters. For documents used include: shipping instruction, Booking confirmation, Packing List, Invoice, Export Service Note (NPE), Notification of Exported Goods (PEB), Bill of Loading (B / L), Certificate of Origin or Certificate of Origin . As for the Parties involved include: Ship Cargo Expeditions (EMKL), Exporters, Shipping Lines, Customs and Excise, Industry and Trade Services, Suggestions that the author can give is to improve company facilities and infrastructure in order to improve company performance.
