This means that people (motorists) have a good culture in driving, it will have an impact on improving the community to comply with traffic regulations. (3) the driver understanding variable significantly influences traffic compliance. Hypothesis test results show t arithmetic> t table (2,641> 1,984), so the hypothesis is accepted. this means that the higher the level of understanding of the driver, it will affect the level of public compliance with traffic regulations. (4) Variable knowledge, community culture and driver understanding together have a significant effect on traffic compliance. With the hypothesis test values show F arithmetic> F table 52,719> 2.70.
