Abstract
Safety of the cruise is very important and occupies a central position in all aspects of the world cruise where the safety of the cruise is very important for the smooth operation of the cruise in the field of maritime sector In this study aims to determine the influence of guidance, facilities navigation assistance, coastal radio stations and the responsibility of the port to safety of the voyage. The formulation of problems submitted by the authors is how the influence of Independent variables. Pilot Cruising Area, navigation aids navigations, beach radio stations and partial and simultaneous responsibility of the port. The proposed hypothesis is a partially suspected and simultaneous variable of coastal radio stations, the means of navigational navigation, guidance and the responsibility of the city's positive and significant impact on the safety of the voyage. The population in the study was 120 crew ships in 2020. After sampling technique by using simple random sampling technique, the sample number of 100 respondents were carried out randomly without regard to the degree level in the population. The data collection methods used are interview methods, questionnaires, and observation methods. Technical analysis of data using multiple linear regression analyses. Based on the results of the study, a double linear regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = -2,344+ 0,321X4 + 0,310X3 + 0,290X1 + 0,256X2 + . Where it is explained that Constanta's value of -2.344 is the responsibility of the city with a regression coefficient value of 0, 321 Beach radio station Regression coefficient value of 0.310, Pilot Cruising Area with a regression coefficient value of 0.290 and the navigation aids cruise with a value of 0.256 The test results showed independent drive variables, cruise navigation aids, beach radio stations and the city's responsibilities were positively influential on the safety of sailing. In the coefficient of determination test (R Square) the Adjust R square value of 0.649 means 64.9% variation of bonded variable safety cruise can be explained by a variable free of guidance, navigation assistance tools cruise, beach Radio Jingu and the responsibility of the port.
