Abstract

A good resources, work productivity from an available employee can be improve and realize by the adaptation,. Human capital is the important thing which participate on decide in a goal of the company, therefore human capital should be managed well. It become the responsibility from the management/leader of the company. Therefore, company organization should be able to create a good scheme, arrange the strategy and also coordinate all the component of the company in generally and employee in particularly. Leasership is a scheme to persuade someone to act, acomplish commitment and lead to achieve a common goal. Work motivation is a condition which stirredred an employee to achieve their goal and motif. Organization culture is a pattern of artifak, norm, value, faith and argument which held by the organization. The employee-performance is result achieve by the employee in carried their duty which imposed on them. By result of research and multiple analysis result formula: Y = 0.328 + 0.331 X1 + 0.288 X2 + 0.323 X3 +  Show that, based on empirical data (result of questionnaire filling) and result of doubled linear regression show that leadership variable (X1) has value tcount 2.373 > table 2,01537 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Work Motivation Variable (X2) has a value of t count 2.165> table 2.01537 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Organization Culture Variable (X3) has a tcount of 2,239 and table of 2.01537 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the results showed there was a positive influence between Leadership, Work Motivation, and Organization Culture to the employee results.
