Abstract

PT.Karana Lines Belawan Branch is a company engaged in shipping services and sea transportation. The purpose of this paper research is to know the process of clearance in and clearance out through this Inaportnet system. In this study the author uses qualitative research,because of the data obtained by that information to be described through that source. From the research process of clearance in and clearance out through inaportnetsystem,frequent delays in and out of port are due to delay in documents prepared by ship agents. A break in connectivity of inaportnet systems has resulted in limiting activity in and out of its ship in port. Keyword :Documents,Inaportnet,Ship process arrived
