Abstract
The main discussion in the writing of this Paper is about the process of dismantling coal by PBM PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara. There are several background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely how the loading and unloading system, the tariffs for loading and unloading activities, the parties that oversee the loading and unloading activities, the related agencies, the tools used, and the documents needed in the handling unloading activities. A loading and unloading company that serves the unloading and loading of dry bulk such as coal, quartz sand, palm oil waste and logs. The purpose of writing this Paper is none other than to know the loading and unloading procedure system, the types of loading and unloading rates, the parties that oversee the unloading process, the agencies involved in the unloading process, as well as to find out the equipment and documents used in the activity process unloading. Based on data collection carried out during land practice (Prada), the author uses several methods, namely interviews, observations, document studies, and focus group discussions as well as the sources and types of data. From this paper, the results are obtained that: in coal demolition, the most common obstacles during loading and unloading activities include factors such as damage to unloading equipment. So that in the process of dismantling coal it is necessary to pay close attention to the checking of the tools and facilities for the dismantling so that during the dismantling process there are no obstacles that impede the demolition activities.
