Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the independent variables are the road users, vehicle factors, road factors and side obstacles to traffic accidents on the road Brigjen Sudiarto Semarang. In this study the sample taken are motorcyclists who pass along the road Brigjen Sudiarto Semarang. The sample in this study is 100 respondents. The technique used is quota sampling and the method used is multiple linear regression method. Based on this analyze, we get the following regression equation : Y = - 0,126 + 0,176 X1 + 0,266 X2 + 0,409 X3 + 0,142 X4 + μ The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a partial positive effect between road users on traffic accidents (t count 2.969 > t table 1.9853), the vehicle factors (t count 4.764 > t table 1.9853), the road factors (t count 6.370 > t table 1.9853), the side obstacles (t count 2.768 > t table 1.9853). Effect of these four variable with R squer = 0,792. simultaneously road users, vehicle factors, road factors and side abstacles causing traffic accidents on the road Brigjen Sudiarto Semarang.
