Abstract
PT. Viva Samudera Perkasa Surabaya is a company engaged in the field of local and foreign ships. Surabaya using an online system that starts from the plot of the boat, do unloading and loading from the ship and up to the ship. This report with the aim of getting a deeper picture and understanding of the PT. Viva Samudera Perkasa review of agency services in the handling of ships arrival and departure in the port of surabaya. To meet it’s goal above the author is using a means of acquisition based on research conducted during practice at PT. Viva Samudera Perkasa is the process process begins when the ship arrives at the port and then clearance in the proposed to Syahbandar and Pelindo to determine the ship dock.
