Abstract
This paper is structured to determine the level of operational performance at the diamond terminal port at PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia which is a loading and unloading company where a port is said to have a good level of service if the time required for loading and unloading of goods is shorter than the given schedule, so that it does not interfere with the schedules of other ships that will dock. To determine the service performance of a port, it is necessary to measure all port activities in order to obtain a measure of service products, which are port operational performance, which includes services and productivity, port utilities and service operational performance. To achieve the above objectives, the authors use several data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation, as well as the source and type of data to measure the value of these indicators, the primary data required includes data when the ship starts entering the port pond until the ship releases the mooring rope back from the dock . Other supporting data obtained from the relevant technical agencies as secondary data. The performance analysis is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Decree of the Director General of Sea Transportation in particular the performance criteria for the Terminal Diamond Port. From the analysis of indicators it can be concluded that the performance of the Berlian Terminal Port can be categorized both in terms of service and productivity. While from port utilities, the operational performance of services is good.
