Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of consumer behavior consisting of variable Quality of Service, Safety Standard, Facility, Tariff on KM. Kelimutu passenger satisfaction. The population in this study is all KM. Kelimutu of passengers in May, The Sample used as many as 90 respondents with nonprobability sampling technique in particular using the quota sampling. Technique of collecting data by using questionnaire or questionnaire, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of research used we get the equation of multiple regression analysis that is, Y = - 1,115 + 0,314 X1 + 0,170 X2 + 0,274 X3 + 0,361 X4+ µ. From the regression equation it can be seen that all the independent variables used have a positive influence on the passenger decision. From the result of hypothesis test partially and simultaneously to satisfaction, service quality variable have positive and significant influence to passenger satisfaction, safety standard have positive and significant influence to passenger satisfaction, facility have positive and significant influence to passenger satisfaction and tariff have positive and significant effect to passenger satisfaction. For service quality variable, facility and tariff safety standard has contribution of 47,9% (100%- 47,9% = 52,1%) and 52,1% other factors outside of variables studied.
