Abstract
Writing this paper animed to find out the handling of the arrival and depature of vessel owned by PT.Indo Dharma Transport Rembang. Date collection method used in yhis paper was by observation which conducted in the field directly, literature study method was an attempt of the writer to collect the relevant information with the problrms discussed, and interview methods. The result obtained from the discussion were that the writer had known and explained about some things, like 1). Knowing about the clearance in (CI) and Cleareane Out (CO), 2).Knowing the process of extenced document which would expire, and 3).Relevant agencies in sailing approval letter. From this, it could be cocluded that to overcome the handling of clearance out (CO) outside office hours, the handling of certificate that would expire and the delay of fuel supply, so the agent must be able to create a good communication with the relevant agencies.
