Abstract
The purpose of writing this paper is to know about PT. Serasi Shipping Indonesia Branch Sangatta, in providing services to vessel of MV. Qing May. The process and Procedure of services vessel in PT. Serasi Shipping Indonesia Branch Sangatta, in ship agency activities starting from before the ship arrived, at the time ship arrival, at the time ship docked, and when the ship departs. The result obtaind are as follows the procedure of the service vessel of MV. Qing May at PT. Serasi Shipping Indonesia Branch Sangatta, starting from the ship arrived in the port of Tanjung Bara, then making clearance in which is submitted to Harbour Master, Immigration, Port Health Quarantine, and Pelindo IV.
