Abstract
The main discussion in the writing of this Paper is about the Clearance Out procedure with the Inaportnet system and Monitoring of cargo and fuel cargo by PT. Tanto Intim Line Surabaya. There are some background problems that the author must solve, namely the Clearance Out procedure, the Task as Agent and the monitoring system. And is a company to serve the logistics business, especially on container loads, and as an agent performing Clearance Out handling procedures. The purpose of the author is none other than to find out how the Clearance Out procedure and Duty as an Agent, monitoring ship fuel and ship cargo. Based on data collection conducted during land practice (Prada), the author uses several methods, namely, observation, interviews, and study documents and literature studies. The result of this discussion is that the Clearance Out activities carried out by the Agent can be carried out easily and can speed up the handling of documents and the cargo of the ship, and with the existence of a monitoring system the agent can oversee the use of ship fuel.
