Abstract
Mutation of human resources is a change in position, position, place and even work horizontally or vertically (promotion / demotion) within a company or organization in accordance with the provisions and needs of company management. This author aims to find out how the procedures for implementing crew mutations at PT. Octopus Cross Ocean Banten. The mutation process is carried out according to procedures set by the port harbor and local port authority. The results showed that the process of implementing the mutation of PT. Octopus Lintas Samudera, namely 1) The Human Resort Department (HRD) informs the crew and the agent 2) The agent carries the required documents to the Port Authority Harvesting Office (KSOP) for mutation mutilization. 3) The file in the process of the Port Authority Authority Office (KSOP), after being processed, the file is returned to the party concerned. The results of this discussion indicate that PT. Gurita Lintas Samudera Banten In particular, the Human Resort Department experienced a bit of difficulty in the process of implementing the mutation because the crew was usually unable to adapt to other crew members, so the sea work agreement was not in accordance with the agreement.
