Abstract

PT. Ben Line Agencies Surabaya is a company engaged in the field of agency local and foreign ships. There are several background problems that must be resolved in this paper, namely the operational process of the system at the Surabaya port using the Inaportnet System which starts from the ship docked, unloading and loading from the ship and until the ship leaves the port, any vessel documents related to the System Inaportnet. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to know the operational process of the system in the port of Surabaya using the Inaportnet System which starts from the ship docked, unloading and loading from the ship and until the ship leaves the port, any vessel documents related to the inaportnet System . Based on data collection conducted during land practice (PRADA) the author uses several methods including methods of observation and analysis of documents obtained that: at PT. Ben Line Agencies is a process that starts when the ship arrives at the port then conducts clearance in which is submitted to Syahbandar and Pelindo for the determination of the docked ship.
