Abstract
The main discussion in this paper is about the use of the inaportnet system in agency services on ships by PT. Baltic Ship Indonesia. The background of the problem is that the Inaportnet System is a system used for clearance in and clearance out activities, thus requiring all agency companies to be able to access the system. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the ship agency's duty in the clearance in / out process, find out which agencies are involved, find out the clearance in / out management with the inaportnet system, and find out the strengths and weaknesses of the inaportnet system. Based on data collection conducted during land practice, the author uses several methods, namely interviews, observations, document studies, and focus group discussions and the sources and types of data. The results of the discussion of this paper are the existence of an inaportnet system, the process of clearance in and clearance out can be carried out effectively and efficiently, as well as facilitating agency companies in providing services to the ship.
