Abstract
This research analyze effect of KSOP responsibility, ISM Code , Communication System and Seaworthines to the shipping safety. This research explain the factors that affect to the shipping safety. Those factors are KSOP responsibility, ISM Code, Communication System and Seaworthines. The data used in this research is primary data that obtained from result of the deployment of questioner which are filled by employees port office the port authority in semarang. The object of this research is by employees port office the port authority. The population in this research is by employees port office the port authority and the sampling Simple random sampling that amounted to 130 respondents. To solve problems in this research is used regression analysis. The result of regression analysis and t test that the variable is positive and significant of KSOP responsibility (X1) of shipping safety (Y), ISM Code (X2) is positive and significant shipping of safety (Y), Communication System (X3) is positive and significant shipping of safety (Y), Seaworthines (X4) is positive and significant shipping of safety (Y). Coefficient of determination result (R2 = 0,488) that means 48.8%, the coefficient of the variable KSOP responsibility, ISM Code, Communication System and Seaworthines effect to shipping of safety with value 48,8% while the rest ((100% - 48,8% = 51,2%) influenced other variable outside research.
