Abstract

PT. Perusahaan Pelayaran Nusantara Panurjwan Semarang Branch, is a shipping company engaged in ship agency. The ship agent service process starts from when the ship is at rest and until the ship leaves the port. Information technology is needed so that ship agency service activities can be presented quickly, precisely and easily. Ship agency service system at PT. Perusahaan Pelayaran Nusantara Panurjwan Semarang Branch starts from the arrival of the ship, then makes a permit in the report submitted to Syahbandar and Pelindo for the determination of berths and applications for scouting services at Pelindo. When the ship is docked, the agent will board and take the ship's documents to check whether there are documents that have expired or not, if there are documents that have expired then the agent will make a report to the port for maintenance of expired documents that have expired. The last ship service makes an exit permit submitted to the port and a scouting service for ship departure. Ship agent services in the form of handling crew documents and vessel requirements during berth, as well as quarantine inspections to conduct ship health checks. So that the ship agency service process can run smoothly, quickly and safely PT.
