Abstract
In this study aims to determine the effect of service quality, competitive price, and location to the decision of the CIU service users in choosing the course of the steering wheel where driving course. The formulation of the problem posed is how the writer independent variables that influence the quality of service, competitive pricing and location of partial and simultaneous. Author proposed hypothesis is suspected partial and simultaneous variable service quality, competitive prices and locations positive and significant impact on the decision service users. The population in this research service users CIU 135 in January 2018. After the sampling technique usingtechniques, purposive sampling obtained the total sample of 100 respondents were included in the study criteria. Data collection method used is a method of documentation and literature. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research, in the multiple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 3.910 + 0.385X1 + 0.255X2 + 0.335X3 + 0.278X4 + di Where in explain that the value of constant equal to 3,910, service quality with regression coefficient value equal to 0385, competitive price of regression coefficient value equal to 0,255, trust value of regency coefficient equal to 0,335 and customer commitment have regression coefficient value equal to 0,278. The test results showed independent variables of service quality, competitive prices, trust and commitment of consumers and positively affect the dependent variable of service user decisions.
