Abstract

The main discussion in writing about the process of importing clothing accessories belonging to the importer PT. Melady Garment International Semarang by EMKL company PT. Yudhanusa Ekspresindo Caraka Semarang. There are several background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely the completeness of import documents, what agencies are involved in the import process, the process of releasing imported goods, and documents for checking PIB. The purpose of this thesis is to obtain a deeper understanding and understanding of the process of importing clothing accessories carried out by the Sea Cargo Expedition (EMKL) of PT. Yudhanusa Ekspresindo Caraka Semarang. Based on data collection conducted during the land practice the author uses several methods including methods of observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of this paper are to know the process of importing clothes accessories according to applicable procedures, find out what documents are needed to import clothes accessories, find out what agencies are involved in the import process, find out what documents are used in the PIB checking process and know how the process of releasing imported goods.
