Abstract

PT. Bahtera Adhiguna branch Banten is a company that run in agecy. Fast information technology is needed in order to make the service fastand accurate according to the procedure. This study aims to know the procedure that involve in clearance in and clearance out of a ship at port PLTU Suralaya. This study uses observations, interview, and documentation methods. Observations methods the writer did was directly observe in port of Indonesia Power. Interview methods is to giving question to husbandary agent or operasional staff PT. Bahtera Adhiguna branch Banten. And the last, documentation methods was search and collect on book, note, etc. The result of this study is the proccess of clearance in and clearance out of MV.Sartika Baruna is satisfying because is based on the procedure. And also to know about the instance, documents, as well as cost on clearance in and out Keywords : Agency,Process Clearance In, Clearance Out
