Abstract
This research analyze effect of compensation, work environment, intrinsic motivation and work discipline to the employe performances in PT Link Pasipik Indonusa Semarang. This research explain the factors that affect to the employe performances. Those factors are compensation, work environment, intrinsic motivation and discipline work. The data used in this research is primary data that obtained from result of the deployment of questioner which are filled by an employes of PT Link Pasipik Indonusa Semarang. The object of this research is an employes of PT Link Pasipik Indonusa Semarang. The population in this research is an employes of PT Link Pasipik Indonusa Semarang and used a saturated sampling that amounted to 39 respondents. To solve problems in this research is used regression analysis. A result of the regression analysis and t test that the variable is positive and significant of compensation (X1) to the employe performance (Y), work environment (X2) is positive and significant to the employe performances (Y), intrinsic motivation (X3) is positive and significant to the employe performances (Y), work discipline (X4) is positive and significant to the employe performances (Y). Coefficient of determination result (R2 = 0,542) that means 54.2%, the coefficient of the variables compensation, work environment, intrinsic motivation and discipline work effect to work discipline with value 54,2% while the rest (100% - 54,2% = 45,8%) influenced other variables outside the research.
