Abstract
Indonesia one of the developing countries do export, import activities. In export and import operations the need for government oversight. The government agencies that have the job are KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Perak. Who had the basic duties performed oversight of the customs in or out of the area in accordance with current regulation and procedures. Smuggling crimes that are caused by a geography, production markets, society, and the law of a country. My counter measure smuggling, a problem we are facing, is that society has been less than willing to take part. Technically, export processes involve a lot of interests or parties, well it’s the activities before the goods are sent, proceed at the moment of delivery, to the inspection process, through the loading in the customs. The purpose of this research is to know related to the procedures regulation export and impor.as for the method used in the problem is to use methods of cultivationof surveillance and security in either administrasion or in the field. Terreal result can control smuggling by any number of action, thus reducing the amount of exports and imports illegally. Keywords: controling, procedurs, data collection, objectives.
